We first swam with this cute dolphin in her pool and she showed us all of her tricks and we got to tell her to do some ourselves. These are some of the things we did with her:)
And then after we played with her for a while we got into another pool with these other two dolphins and got to ride across the pool on their noses. You have to lay in the water on your stomach and just wait for them to come behind you and get under your feet and take you for the best ride of your life!
Everyone asks why I am so much further out of the water than Jared and it is because I accidentally stood up on them when you were just supposed to let them push you across the and lay in the water. Woops! I went first and then Jared went and he said that our instructor lady was yelling at me!
Of course Jared had to show off his muscles! Haha After we got done with the dolphins we went snorkeling. The place we were at was so cool they had buffets all over and you could swim and snorkel and then get out of the water and eat a little bit, and then get in the water and play some more. We had a blast!
This was Jared's first time snorkeling and I had a good laugh when he went too far under the water and sucked salt water up his tube! I remember when I went for my first time and did the same thing. After we were done snorkeling we walked up the trail grabbed a snack and then hopped on a two person inner tube and took a float down the river. There were so many things to stop and do along the way down.
We first had to go through this tunnel of these cool entwined vine looking branches. It was really cool looking, it is hard to see it very good in these pictures. Our first stop was to get off our tube and ride a zip line down into the water. So fun!
Jared had so much fun snorkeling he could not stand to just sit one the tube and relax. He wanted to be in the water looking at all the fish. So this is how we went the rest of the way down the river.
Our next stop down the river was at this cliff that you could jump off. I was not so adventerous to try this one but Jared did jump off. It is hard to see him with the glare from the sun.
When we were done on the river we got off on another trail to go and see the manatees. On the way we got some bright red slushies that colored our tounges.
On the way we saw these odd looking creatures eating through the trees and then we stopped to see the manatees in their little cove.
This was one of the funnest days I have ever had with Jared!
